Cancellation & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy explains when you can cancel an order and get your money back.

Cancellation

You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. If you have not started the course, we cancel the order and refund the full amount.

Refunds

• A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course.
• Requests made after 7 days, or after more than 20% of the course has been completed, are not eligible for a refund.
• Free orders and orders paid with a 100% coupon are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email work@hemantkadam.in from the address you used to buy, with your order ID (shown under My purchases), the date of purchase and the reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method (card, UPI or bank account). Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Course access ends once a refund is issued.

Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice, or money left your account but the course did not unlock, email us with the payment reference. Duplicate charges are refunded in full.
