Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Hemant Kadam AI (Hemant Laxman Kadam) collects through https://blogger.hemantkadam.in, why, and the choices you have. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. Razorpay's own privacy policy applies to that data.

• To send important messages about your account or purchases
• To prevent fraud and abuse

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you logged in. Course videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode; YouTube may set its own cookies when you play a video.

Who we share data with

Only service providers that run the site for us: our hosting and database providers, Razorpay for payments, and YouTube for video playback. Each handles data only as needed to provide its service.

How long we keep it

We keep account and learning data while your account is active. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing work@hemantkadam.in. We respond within 30 days.
